Grass String (Minetest)
In default Minetest, you can only get string by crafting it from cotton, which is rare to find in the wild. Considering how many mods require it in crafting recipes, there had to be an easier way to get it.
Introducing: Grass String!
It is crafted from 9 of any grass (in group:grass), and can then be turned into normal string for use in crafting recipes.
It is on ContentDB here, and the code is hosted on Codeberg here. It’s under the MIT license, and the texture is CC-BY-SA-3.0, derivative of the farming:string texture.
